and all requirements subject to the Code of Conduct, Ethics & Performance issued by their professional body the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council). CNHC's register of healthcare professionals has been approved as an Accredited Register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care, a body accountable to Parliament.
Slow You Down Wellbeing is required to collect client data vital for:-
- Health and safety in relation to treatment history (including up to date information regarding Covid-19 safe practice).
- Understanding individual client needs in order to provide all clients with best professional service at all times.
- Internal record keeping.
- Client appointment reminders and wellbeing package confirmation details.
Slow You Down Wellbeing
- May periodically send promotional emails about offers and news relating to this business only. Clients are given the opportunity to opt out each time a communication is sent.
- Will not sell, distribute or lease client personal information to third parties unless required to do so by law.
- Is committed to safeguarding all client information ensuring information is secure.
- Is required to keep client records for a period of 8 years in line with those that cover general NHS hospital records and other forms of health records.
